The Board of Commissioners for the Fountain Housing Authority meet the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the office of the Housing Authority, 501 E. Iowa Avenue, Fountain, CO, 80817.  The Public is welcome to attend.


Currently, there are no open Requests for Proposals for the Fountain Housing Authority.

Notice of Public Hearing and Comment Period

The Housing Authority plans to amend its Five Year Capital Action Plan for Fiscal Years 2020-2024.  

The Amendment includes a capital project to install an audio/visual intercom system at Grinde Manor and to install xeriscape at the Grinde Manor property to conserve water use.

The Housing Authority will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the Amendment on March 16, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority office located at 501 E. Iowa Avenue, Fountain, CO 80817.

The Public is requested and encouraged to comment on the Amendment through participation at the Public Hearing or by submitting written comments, by email, to kroby@fountaincohousing.org.
