The Fountain Housing Authority provides housing options for low-income families that reside in El Paso County's Fountain Valley.  On this site you will find information on the housing programs we offer, how to apply, contact information and other available resources.  All units for the Fountain Housing Authority follow a smoke free/smoking prohibited policy.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Our office is currently open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Please call 719-382-5639 or 719-382-5630 to schedule an appointment with the Public Housing Manager, Housing Voucher Manager or the Inspector.  An appointment is REQUIRED to meet with Housing Authority Staff. 

Port in participants will not be processed without complete paperwork. A completed 52665 and 50058 is required from the initial PHA.  There are no exceptions and ports cannot be completed without complete participant documentation and only after the initial PHA has submitted paperwork to the Fountain Housing Authority.  ***The FHA will bill for all Port In vouchers***

Gas Leak/Smell

No Electricity in Unit (After Determining it is not a power outage in the area)

Furnace Not Working (During cold temps only)

Tenant After Hours Lock Out (Tenant Charge will Apply)

Smoke/CO alarm beeping (low battery)

Broken Window

 

Carbon Monoxide Alarm/Leak

*An application can only be submitted if a waitlist is open, the Fountain Housing Authority does not have paper applications available in the office.*

PUBLIC MEETINGS

The Board of Commissioners for the Fountain Housing Authority meet the third Thursday bi-monthly at 5:30 p.m. at the office of the Housing Authority, 501 E. Iowa Avenue, Fountain, CO, 80817.  The Public is welcome to attend.
